When you think of designing, building or renovating a family home in Charlotte, you think of Stephanie Calderon Interiors.
Raised by a seamstress’s daughter, Stephanie has forever been called to design. She is self made, self taught and is widely celebrated in the industry for her energy, enthusiasm and passion for advocating on behalf of her clients.
As the Principal Designer, Stephanie oversees all design aspects to ensure that each element not only reflects the client’s individuality, but also seamlessly incorporates the distinctive aesthetics of Stephanie Calderon Interiors.
When not designing, Stephanie is spending time with her puppy, sipping coffee at various locally owned shops around town, nose deep in a good book or exploring new restaurants. Her current restaurant obsession is Prime Fish.

I worked with Stephanie to help design and select furniture for my new house. Stephanie was incredible from start to finish! She kicked things off getting to know me, my style, what pieces I was looking for, and my budget via a virtual call. From there, she worked through a couple iterations for selections. She picked the big pieces all the way down to plants and books for my coffee table. Incredibly thorough. She was patient and flexible with me as I provided feedback and worked through what I ultimately wanted. She was super responsive, professional, and fun the entire time - even despite my indecisiveness at times :). I’m still waiting on some of the furniture to come in but I’m really happy with all her selections - couldn’t recommend Stephanie strongly enough!

We worked with Stephanie to decorate our new home. This was a new process for us, and we were skeptical about finding a trustworthy person, who would stay within budget, and have a pragmatic approach. We also wanted to enjoy the process and the experience - as we had never hired an interior decorator before. Stephanie listened to our needs, and then applied a practical yet detailed process allowing us to fully understand the steps, timelines, expectations, and investment. She listened to our needs and then presented multiple options for everything we wanted to do. The end result is something that we are extremely happy with. We get tons of compliments. North Carolina born and raised, Madison moved to Charlotte to earn a degree in Elementary Education. It was while teaching that Madison couldn’t ignore her true love for interior design and went back to school to pursue a degree in Interior Design.
Madison currently lived in Charlotte, NC with her husband and 3 fur babies.
Jenna King
procurement & Operations manager
Originally from Virginia Beach, Jenna has called Charlotte home for 10 years. Her lifelong interest in design was sparked while regularly watching “Trading Spaces” in the early 2000s, then followed along with a family passion for interior design, frequently passing through High Point or local design shops on family roadtrips to NC. After completing her own historical home renovation, Jenna transitioned out of the banking industry to pursue project management in the design world.
Jenna lives in Charlotte with her husband, 2 young kids, and a sweet labradoodle named Zoey.
